Payment Policy
To streamline your experience, payment is due at the time of service, unless prior arrangements have been made. We are committed to delivering exceptional care at a reasonable cost, and we’re happy to discuss fees, insurance estimates, or financing options before any procedure is performed.
If you have questions about your account or a recent statement, please don’t hesitate to contact our front office. Often, a brief phone call is all it takes to resolve a billing inquiry.

Flexible Financing for Peace of Mind
We understand that some procedures, such as dental implants, same-day crowns, or Invisalign, represent a significant investment. To help make care more manageable, we offer third-party financing options that allow you to spread payments over time.
Payment plans must be arranged in advance of your treatment. Please reach out to our financial coordinator to learn more about the options available for your specific case.

Dental Insurance
Maximizing Your Benefits with Confidence
We accept most PPO and indemnity dental insurance plans and are happy to assist with claim submission and benefit verification. Our goal is to help you get the most from your insurance while minimizing unexpected costs.
While we do our best to provide accurate estimates, it’s important to note that patients are ultimately responsible for all fees charged by our office, regardless of insurance reimbursement.
Post-Treatment Billing & Statements
After your visit, we will submit your claim directly to your insurance provider. Most claims are processed within four to six weeks. If your statement does not reflect insurance payment during that period, please contact us so we can follow up on your behalf.
Any portion of your balance not covered by insurance—whether due to deductibles, plan limits, or exclusions—is your responsibility. We appreciate your prompt attention to outstanding balances and are happy to provide guidance if needed.
